• Trash along with tenants recycling is collected 5 nights a week at the resident’s doorstep. Residents place their bins with required 25gal bags at their doorstep.
• Trash is taken from the resident’s doorstep in a leak proof vinyl satchel virtually eliminating stains in your breezeways, stairs, and sidewalks.
• Dumpster/Compactor areas are cleaned nightly
Valet Recycling Pickup
•Commingled recyclables will be collected along with paper and cardboard.
•Recycling is placed at doorstep with trash bin in recycling bags available for purchase.
