How does the implementation work?
DRAW goes through a seven-step process to determine your recycling strategies and waste reduction options.
- Service Analysis: We provide an analysis of trash costs to determine if they are competitive in your market. Review your waste flow and your cost basis at each property in your portfolio. DRAW will manage your entire portfolio even if cost savings are not received on a particular property.
- Invoice Auditing: Identify possible cost savings opportunities at each of your properties. Trash is one of the most overlooked line items on a property's operating budget. Where there is mystery, there is money.
- Contract management: Develop recommendations based on our findings and research. There is cash in your trash and DRAW has the knowledge to recover it.
- Rate Negotiation: Revisit current waste agreements. Present our new waste management plan for approval.
- Implement the plan!!!
- Monitor the plan: Have available access to the quiet technological advances. Like any other industry, these advances are there but you need to be aware of them to take advantage of them.
- Monthly Reports: We provide monthly reports showing waste reduction and recycling, cost savings, and year over year comparables
